A vintage gold filled cross on a hallmarked gold filled chain. The slender cross features an etched design of a central circular flower type of shape and at the ends are etched lines and diamond shapes. There are also lines at the bottom of the cross. On the back, this cross is plain with no design. The cross has a shiny finish. The dainty cross hangs from an 18" long gold filled chain that has a spring ring clasp closure. The cross necklace is circa 1940s.

Cross - 1" long x 3/4" wide
Chain - 18" in length
Weighs 2.5 grams in total - chain and cross
The dainty oval link chain is marked with an R inside a leaf (maker's mark) and GF on the clasp. The spring ring clasp opens and closes securely.
In nice vintage condition with light wear consistent with vintage age - circa early mid century. Still pretty sweet.
