Description: Gorgeous small dutch oven or covered casserole pan. Pan can be used on the stove top or go into the oven directly. Bottom of pan is white enamel with the red Catherine Holm lotus leaf pattern around the outside. Silver handles surround the dish. The top is Red with a silver knob.
This small dutch oven was made by Catherineholm in Norway. It was designed by Grete Prytz Kittelson. It is part of the Lotus collection and is made of Enameled Steel.
Size: 3 3/4'' high (without lid). Approx. 4 1/2'' high with lid. 7 3/4'' across the top, 10 1/2'' across when you include the handles. Holds 8 cups or 2 quarts.
Condition: Great vintage condition. Some very light use marks here or there. Inside and outside of pan have limited wear. It looks as though it was sitting on a shelf for the last 50+ years. Enamel is smooth and glossy, limited (if any) wear. See photos for details

Company / Designer Information: Made between 1955 and 1972, which was the time during which Grete Prytz Kittelson worked with the Cathrineholm company. It was manufactured in Norway.
Care: Use low heat with non metal utensils and do not scrub with abrasives. Soak with soapy water to make it easy to clean.
