Vintage green Hall pottery coffee and teapot set that is circa 1940s. This green two piece set is ceramic and features two personal size pots, one with a short spout for coffee and one with a longer spout for tea. There is some black accent paint (that is worn) on the spouts, top of the lids, around the top opening and the handles. The color of the pots is a dark lime green and the interior of these pieces are white.
Both pieces in the set are marked on the bottom with a blue stamp that has HALL inside a circle and with an impression of the word HALL in the ceramic itself.
Measurements:
teapot - 7" across from end of handle to tip of spout. It is 4 1/2" high to tip of knob on the lid and 2 3/4" wide.
coffee pot - 7" across from end of handle to tip of spout. It is 4 1/2" high to the tip of the knob on the lid and 2 3/4" wide.
This set, which I believe to be from around the early mid century, is in nice vintage condition with some chipping and wear to the green and the dark (black) accent paint/trim on the spout, handle and top of the lids. The black around the top openings and around the spouts is in better shape. The pottery pieces themselves have no chips or cracks. See photos for detail.
Cute little shabby or granny chic set for display or for use!
