Colorful vintage granny chic wood fruit bowl is perfect for holding and displaying your fruits in your country kitchen made by the Woodcroftery Company of Wayland New York.
The flowers are hand painted inside the bowl and are a very light yellow with green stems. The bottom of the bowl has three peg legs. The original sticker from Woodcroftery Company is still intact on this mid century wood bowl.
NOTE: The Woodcroftery, a business that was located in Wayland, New York. It operated until about 1976. Wayland is small town south of Rochester, NY.
The wooden fruit bowl is about 10" in diameter and 3 1/2" high.
The little peg legs are 1 1/4" high and have a 1" circumference.
No splits or chips and In good overall vintage condition - some signs of wear and discoloration on the hand painted areas that would be expected of an item of this age - see photos where some of the paint has chipped off. All of these markings make this a delightful shabby chic or cottage chic or farmhouse kitchen decor item.
