This unique Baribocraft set of six round matching Maple wood bowls made in Canada have a beautiful maple color and great wood grain. There is a small rimmed indentation in the bottom of these bowls so the set stacks well - see photos for detail. The center inside of each bowl has a swirl pattern but it is very subtle. The bottoms are all signed Baribocraft CANADA. The set is circa late mid century in age.
Size: The bowls are 6" in diameter and are 1 7/8" high.
NOTE:
Baribeau founded in 1922, was once Canada’s largest producer of woodenware under the trademark of Baribocraft. Baribocraft woodenware was produced for the retail market and sold in specialty shops, and included salad bowls, salt and pepper sets, nut bowls with nut crackers and picks, candle holders, and more. The logo of Baribocraft Canada is burned into the bottom of each piece.
In nice vintage condition - a few light use marks here and there as would be expected items that are circa late mid century.
A unique maple wood set of six bowls for salads, snacks, nuts or for decorative accents around the home!
