A vintage white Harvest milk glass Wedding Bowl with a lid by Colony Glass Company that was made in 1966. The pattern features grape clusters and grape leaves all over the bowl, the stem. the lid and a cluster of grapes on the knob on the lid! Very cute. The top of the bowl has a scalloped lip and the lid sits on it loosely.
Originally, this type of glass box was meant for the bride and groom to be able to take a piece of wedding cake home. It could be used for the same for any wedding today, and would also make a great candy dish or home decor accent piece.

For its size, this is a heavy piece - weighs just shy of 3 pounds before packaging for shipment.
In good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There is slight wear in a few places that is commensurate with an item that is from the mid century.
