4 Vintage Silver Leaf by Libbey Cordial Glasses - Retro Four Mad Men Era Mid Century Barware Small Dessert Wine Glass Made from 1953 to 1978

Sorry, this item has sold.

Great matching set of four vintage Libbey cordial glasses. The 4 petite cordials or dessert wine glasses were made by Libbey in its popular mid century Gold Leaves pattern that was produced from 1953 to 1978.

The pattern is a clear glass with a few different types of silver leaves on a frosted band that runs around the glasses near the top. Above and below this frosted glass with the silver leaves is a thin silver accent line. There is a thin silver rim at the top edge as well. The stems are clear glass and are made of four rounded columns. Under the bowl and at the base of the glasses is a set of four small clear glass rounds.

These are the cordial sized glasses - they would also be good for dessert wine.

This mid century set of 4 glasses is in nice vintage condition with no cracks or chips. There is light wear to the silver rims commensurate with vintage age - see photo closeup for detail.

Each cordial glass measures 4 1/4” tall. Top opening has about a 1 5/8” diameter. The bases have a 2 " diameter.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do we answer questions about the value or “worth” of items?

No, we are not comfortable providing pricing or answering questions about the value or worth of vintage or antique items. We believe they are worth what someone will pay for them. Therefore, there is no way to assign something a set monetary value - in our opinion. We suggest doing an online search to find similar items and take it from there.
