A rather large filigree brass cricket box with a hinged lid that has 4 short pedestal feet on the bottom and a handle on the top. The oval shape is accented by the handle on top and the cut of the closure on the front. Great shabby chic piece. Has nice patina.
It is 9 1/2" long x 7 1/4" wide. It is about 5" high.
In nice vintage condition with lots of wear and patina all over it making this brass box perfect for shabby chic or cottage chic decor. Couple of dings in various places making this vintage cricket box full of personality (not crickets).
